Cardinia Reservoir Park is a great place for the whole family. It has open parklands, picnic and barbecue areas and bushland that abounds with native wildlife and flora.

  • View kangaroos
    The Park is home to several groups of wild kangaroos. These are best seen early in the morning or late afternoon. A Kangaroo Viewing Trail runs adjacent to the reservoir wall, starting at the Spillway Carpark. Note: Feeding or approaching kangaroos is strictly prohibited. Be sure to stay at a safe distance.

  • Enjoy panoramic views of the park from the many lookouts and vantage points
  • Take a walk across the dam wall
  • Try the Orienteering Course. You can pick up a map from Orienteering Service of Australia
